                                                                                                <abstract><p>The importance competencies of managers is increasing at an accelerating rate due to environmental complexities and changes. To develop new approaches and strategies for more adaptive work, firms try to engage more in leadership development of developing leadership programs than before. Leadership-management development programs consist of such activities as defining the current situation and future-related needs, preparing individual development plans and training programs and finally evaluation of performance. Today these programs are supported by different approaches take mentorship and coaciıing to be more effective.</p></abstract>
