                                                                                                <abstract><p>Örgüt kültürü işletmelerin uzun dönemli başarılarında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Örgüt kültürü işletme stratejileri üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir ve örgüt kültürü işletme stratejilerinin belirlenmesinde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken bir kavramdır. Bu arada işletme stratejisi de organizasyonun mevcut değer sistemlerinden, temel varsayımlarından ve davranış normlarından etkilenmektedir. Bu nedenle yöneticilerin örgütsel kültürü başarı ile yönetmek ve işletme stratejisi ile uyumunu sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Örgüt kültürü - strateji uyumunda farklı yaklaşımlar vardır. Bu yaklaşımların ilki örgüt kültürünün stratejiye göre uyumlu hale getirilmesi taraftarıdır, ikinci yaklaşım ise stratejinin örgüt kültürüne uyumlu hale getirilmesini savunur. Örgüt kültürü stratejik yönetimin önemli bir parçasıdır. Örgüt kültürü işletmelerin başarısı üzerinde güçlü bir etkiye sahip olup stratejik uygunluğun oluşturulması ve devam ettirilmesine önemli katkılarda bulunabilir.</p></abstract>
