                                                                                                <abstract><p>One of the major paradoxes of organizational life is the maintenance of individuality and self-responsibility alongside the creation of co-operation and conformity. Although there are many psychological approaches to conceptualizing and understanding human individual differences, only two kitıd of main approaches (idiographic and nomothetic) will be widely discussed in this study.</p></abstract>
