                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ ile kurumsal iletişim alanında giderek artan akademik ilginin literatürde nasıl bir görünüm sergilediği probleminden hareketle, ilgili yayınları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, alanın gelişim eğilimlerini, kavramsal yoğunlaşmalarını ve entelektüel yapısını ortaya koyarak literatüre bütüncül bir çerçeve sunmaktır. Araştırma kapsamında Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan İngilizce dilindeki makale ve derleme türündeki 132 yayın analiz edilmiştir. İnceleme sürecinde yayınların yıllara göre dağılımı, yazar anahtar sözcüklerinin eş-oluşum yapısı, atıf verilen kaynaklara ilişkin eş-atıf ilişkileri, en çok atıf alan çalışmalar ve öne çıkan dergiler değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, yapay zekâ ve kurumsal iletişim literatürünün özellikle 2021 sonrasında hızla geliştiğini, 2024 ve 2025 yıllarında ise yayın sayısında artış yaşandığını ortaya koymaktadır. Anahtar sözcük analizi, alanın kavramsal merkezinde yapay zekâ kavramının yer aldığını; bu kavramın kurumsal iletişim, halkla ilişkiler, kriz iletişimi, örgütsel iletişim ve dijital dönüşüm başlıklarıyla güçlü biçimde ilişkilendiğini göstermektedir. Eş-atıf bulguları ise literatürün iletişim, yönetim ve teknoloji alanlarının kesişiminde disiplinler arası bir yapı sergilediğine işaret etmektedir. Çalışma, alanın mevcut durumunu görünür kılarak gelecekteki araştırmalar için yol gösterici bir çerçeve sunmaktadır.</p></abstract>
