                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, FinTech uygulamalarının yiyecek ve içecek işletmelerinde enerji kullanımı, kaynak yönetimi ve mali sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Şanlıurfa’daki 29 alakart restorandan 18’i ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmış ve veriler tematik analiz ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, FinTech çözümlerinin enerji tüketimini dolaylı olarak azalttığını, kâğıt ve gıda israfını düşürdüğünü, stok ve tedarik süreçlerinde verimlilik sağladığını göstermektedir. Dijital ödeme ve bulut tabanlı muhasebe sistemlerinin nakit akışını düzenleyerek mali sürdürülebilirliği güçlendirdiği görülmüştür. Buna karşın internet altyapısı, ilk kurulum maliyetleri ve müşteri alışkanlıkları gibi faktörler FinTech kullanımını sınırlamaktadır. Çalışma, FinTech’in yiyecek ve içecek işletmelerinde çok boyutlu bir sürdürülebilirlik aracı olarak önemli katkılar sunduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study examines the effects of FinTech applications on energy use, resource management, and financial sustainability in food and beverage businesses. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 of the 29 à la carte restaurants in Şanlıurfa, and the data were analyzed through thematic analysis. Findings indicate that FinTech solutions indirectly reduce energy consumption, minimize paper use and food waste, and improve efficiency in stock and supply processes. Digital payment and cloud-based accounting systems strengthen financial sustainability by enhancing cash-flow regularity. However, internet infrastructure, initial setup costs, and customer habits limit FinTech adoption. Overall, the study demonstrates that FinTech functions as a multidimensional sustainability tool in food and beverage businesses.</p></trans-abstract>
