Current study aimed to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout levels of public schools’ mathematic teachers schools in Kahramanmaraş Province. The study was designed as a correlational research. Maslach Burnout Inventory developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) and adapted to Turkish by Ergin (1992) was used to identify mathematic teachers’ burnout levels. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire short form developed by Davis, Weis, England and Lofquist (1967) was utilized to assess mathematic teachers’ job satisfaction. Data was analyzed survey method which is a quantitative research method. Working group of the study was composed of 124 mathematics teachers selected through simple random sampling employed in Kahramanmaraş province. Research results show that
