Tozzi, küçük burjuvaziyi temsil eden Gambi kardeşlerin ekonomik ve ahlaki çöküşünü hiperrealist bir üslupla aktarır. Karakterler, yedi ölümcül günahın sembolleri olarak sunulur ve kaderleri, bireysel sorumluluk eksikliğini ortaya çıkarır.
This article aims to explore Federigo Tozzi’s Tre croci, focusing on the theme of modern ineptitude and its religious dimension. Through the hyperrealist portrayal of the Gambi brothers, Tozzi depicts the collapse of the petty bourgeoisie and highlights the moral decay of early twentieth century society. Each brother embodies a deadly sin, and their downfall reflects the absence of personal responsibility and spiritual values. The novel ultimately warns against the illusion of material happiness and reveals the enduring need for transcendence in modern life.
</trans-abstract>

</trans-abstract>
