THERMODYNAMICS AND PSYCHROMETRIC ANALYSIS OF INDOOR SWIMMINGPOOL DEHUMIDIFICATION UNITS

Abstract

Indoor swimming pool dehumidification units are central air conditioning units that designed for control the relative humidity, prevent buildings, mechanical systems and human healthy from negative impacts of exceed relative humidity. In this work, dehumidification unit design and working conditions are worked for a indoor swimming pools. Detailed analysis of thermodynamics and psychrometric are represented. Evaporation of pool surface is calculated and air flow rate of an dehumidifier is determined with respect to design conditions. Analysis of thermodynamics and psychrometric are done with respect to application of heat pump systems and desiccant systems. Thermodynamics and psychrometric analysis with respect to working conditions due to seasonal variations of the designed heat pump dehumidifier are done and working conditions and areas are determined for obtain energy efficient
