Dekstrokardi kalbin aksının apeks-kaudadüzleminde olduğu ve kalbin kendisinin de sağ hemitoraksta bulunduğu kardiyakpozisyon anomalisidir. Bu pozisyonanomalisi kalbin konjenital sebepleriyle olup ekstra-kardiyak bir sebebe bağlıdeğildir. Dekstrokardi ve dekstropozisyon aynı terimler değildir. Bu olgusunumunda akciğerde kitlesi olan hastada dekstropozisyon ve dekstrokardibirlikteliğinin klinik incelemesi yapılmaktadır.
Dextrocardis is thecardiac position anomaly occurs when the cardiac axis is in the apex-caudalplane which may either point to the right or left but the heart itself is inthe right hemithorax. This position anomaly occurs due to congenital causes ofthe heart and is not due to an extra-cardiac cause. Dextrocardia anddextroposiztion are disparate terms. In this case report association of bothdextroposition and dextrocardia in the same patient with a lung mass has beenexamined.
