                            <p>Factors that influence tourists&#039; destination choices today, local cuisine motivation stands out as a prominent factor. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the motivational factors that influence tourists&#039; choices of local cuisine and examine their impact on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. In this context, this study aims to investigate the effects of motivational factors on the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of domestic tourists visiting Trabzon province between August and October. The motivation factors in the study were determined as &quot;cultural experience&quot;, &quot;interpersonal communication&quot;, &quot;sensory appeal&quot;, &quot;health expectations&quot;, &quot;quest for excitement&quot; and &quot;exploration&quot;. The impact of local cuisine motivation on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions was analyzed. The research results indicate that the factors that most influence tourists&#039; motivation for local cuisine are cultural experience and exploration. The desire to experience a cultural immersion offered by local cuisine and the curiosity to discover new flavors play a significant role in tourists&#039; preferences for local cuisine. Additionally, it was found that general motivational factors have a statistically significant impact on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Günümüzde turistlerin destinasyon seçimlerinde etkili olan faktörler arasında yöresel mutfak ürünlerine yönelik motivasyon ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu nedenle, turistlerin yöresel mutfak seçiminde etkili olan motivasyon faktörlerinin belirlenmesiyle bu faktörlerin müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyetler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda yapılan çalışmada, Ağustos ve Ekim ayları arasında Trabzon iline gelen yerli turistlerin yöresel mutfak tercihlerindeki motivasyon faktörlerinin memnuniyetleri ve davranışsal niyetleri üzerine etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada motivasyon faktörleri; “kültürel deneyim”, “kişilerarası iletişim”, “duyusal çekicilik”, “sağlık beklentisi”, “heyecan arayışı” ve “keşfetme” olarak belirlenmiştir. Yöresel mutfak motivasyonunun müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyetler üzerindeki etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, turistlerin yöresel mutfak motivasyonunu en çok etkileyen faktörlerin kültürel deneyim ve keşfetme olduğunu göstermektedir. Yöresel mutfak ürünlerinin sunduğu kültürel bir deneyim yaşama isteği ve yeni lezzetleri keşfetme arzusu, turistlerin yöresel mutfakla ilgili tercihlerinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Ayrıca, genel motivasyon faktörlerinin müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyet üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu bulunmuştur.</p></abstract>
