Bu çalışma Nevşehir İl Müftülüğünde görev yapan imam hatip, müezzin kayyım, Kuran kursu öğreticisi ve idari personelin hizmet, memnuniyet, beklenti, mesleki doyum ve performanslarını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılan bir anket uygulamasının verilerinden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların büyük bir kısmının kendi istekleri ile bu görevi tercih ettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu görevi yapmalarına ve görevde kalmalarına etki eden en önemli faktörün de isteyerek ve severek bu görevi yapmış olmaları olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Bu durumun performans ve doyumu artırıcı etkenler olduğubelirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı, Müftülük ve cemaatten de bazı beklentileri olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
This study consists of the application of a survey data done on the Imam, Muezzin, Qur’an teachers, and administrative employees that work at the Nevşehir province mufti office about the service, pleasure, expectations, professional satisfaction, and performance. Majority of the participants have chosen the field they work in. The most important factor for them to continue on working is the fact they are happy with their work and do it with joy. These factors affect the performance and satisfaction. However, it is shown they have some expectations from the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Mufti office, and the community.
