                            <p>In this study, using the survey data applied to Bingöl University students in 2023, the relationship structure between the variables of red meat preference reason, opinion about artificial meat production, attention to animal welfare rules and production under conditions suitable for animal welfare was investigated with the help of log-linear models according to the gender and socioeconomic level (SEL) of the students. As a result of the research, it was determined that students prefer red meat because it is delicious and they generally think negatively about artificial meat production in the laboratory environment. It was revealed that approximately 20% of the students had a positive opinion about paying attention to animal welfare rules while sending farm animals to slaughter and 74% of them had a positive opinion about the production of red meat from animals raised under conditions suitable for animal welfare. Three-way contingency tables are analyzed in this study using log-linear models, and the choice of the best model is looked at. For this purpose, in the application, a three-dimensional cross-table was created using the survey data applied to the students.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, 2023 yılında Bingöl Üniversitesi öğrencilerine uygulanan anket verilerinden yararlanarak log-lineer modeller yardımıyla öğrencilerin cinsiyeti ve sosyoekonomik düzeyine (SED) göre kırmızı et tercih sebebi, yapay et üretimi hakkında düşüncesi, hayvan refahı kurallarına dikkat edilmesi ve hayvan refahına uygun şartlarda üretilmesi değişkenleri arasındaki ilişki yapısı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin kırmızı eti lezzetli olduğu için tercih ettikleri ve laboratuvar ortamında yapay et üretimi hakkında genel olarak olumsuz düşündükleri saptanmıştır. Çiftlik hayvanları kesime gönderilirken hayvan refahı kurallarına dikkat edilmesi hususunda genel olarak yaklaşık %20’sinin ve kırmızı etin hayvan refahına uygun şartlarda yetiştirilmiş hayvanlardan üretilmesi hakkında yaklaşık %74’ünün olumlu görüşte oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada, log-lineer modeller üç-boyutlu çapraz tabloların analizinde kullanılmış, uygun modelin seçilmesi aşaması incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, uygulamada, öğrencilere uygulanan anket verisi kullanılarak üç-boyutlu bir çapraz tablo oluşturulmuştur.</p></abstract>
