                                                                                                <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study examines how organizations can achieve their goals of quality and continuous improvement in today&#039;s world, where technological advancements are accelerating. It particularly explores the deep interrelationship between Total Quality Management (TQM), Kaizen, and Integration Processes, demonstrating how these three concepts create synergy in driving organizations toward continuous improvement and quality-focused objectives. The study provides a detailed analysis of the effects of TQM in focusing on quality and enhancing customer satisfaction, Kaizen in promoting continuous improvement through small steps, and Integration Processes in increasing organizational efficiency by harmonizing various business functions. It also touches upon the changes brought about by the pandemic, highlighting the importance of technology-centric working methods. In conclusion, this study shows that the effective combination of TQM, Kaizen, and Integration concepts plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve their continuous development and quality management goals.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, teknolojik gelişmelerin hız kazandığı günümüz dünyasında, işletmelerin kalite ve sürekli gelişim hedeflerine nasıl ulaşabileceklerini ele almaktadır. Özellikle Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY), Kaizen ve Entegrasyon Süreçleri arasındaki derin ilişkiyi inceleyerek, bu üç kavramın işletmelerin sürekli gelişim ve kalite odaklı hedeflerine ulaşmada nasıl bir sinerji yarattığını ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, TKY’nin kaliteye odaklanma ve müşteri memnuniyetini artırma, Kaizen’in küçük adımlarla sürekli iyileştirme yapma ve Entegrasyon Süreçlerinin farklı işletme fonksiyonlarını uyumlu bir şekilde çalıştırarak işletmelerin verimliliğini artırma üzerindeki etkilerini detaylı bir şekilde analiz etmektedir. Ayrıca, pandemi sürecinin getirdiği değişikliklere de değinerek, teknoloji odaklı çalışma yöntemlerinin önemini vurgulamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma, TKY, Kaizen ve Entegrasyon kavramlarının etkili bir şekilde birleştirilmesinin, işletmelerin sürekli gelişim ve kalite yönetimi hedeflerine ulaşmalarında kritik bir rol oynadığını göstermektedir.</p></abstract>
