Clozapine-Induced Cardiac Tamponade: A Rare Cause of Chest Pain

Abstract

We found that a patient with cardiac tamponade, a rare reaction to clozapine used in treatment-resistant schizophrenia patients, had a remission of this side effect after discontinuation of the drug.
