                            <p>Oat is a multi-purpose cereal used in many areas such as animal feed, food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry purpose in the world. In this study, 251 local oat genotypes were collected from ten provinces in the Central and Western Black Sea Region in Turkey were used. The genotypes were grown in Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Agriculture experiment area for two years according to Augmented trial design together with four registered oat cultivars. In the study, days to panicle emergence, days to maturity, plant height, main stem thickness, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, hay yield and grain yield were investigated. It was determined that there were statistically significant (p &amp;lt;0.01) differences between genotypes and year x genotype interactions in terms of all traits examined. The average hay yield and grain yield of the genotypes varied between 326 and 1479 kg da-1 and 128.7 and 572.4 kg da-1, respectively. According to the biplot graph, a positive relationship was determined between grain yield and hay yield, plant height, stem thickness, flag leaf length and lodging ratio. In addition, it was determined that the investigated traits vary according to the provinces where the population was collected.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Yulaf dünyada hayvan yemi, gıda, kozmetik ve ilaç sanayi gibi birçok alanda kullanılan çok amaçlı bir tahıldır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’nin Orta ve Batı Karadeniz Bölgesindeki 10 ilden toplanan 251 adet yerel yulaf genotipi kullanılmıştır. Toplanan genotipler 4 standart yulaf çeşidi ile birlikte Augmented deneme desenine göre Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama alanında iki yıl süreyle yetiştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, salkım gösterme süresi, olgunlaşma süresi, bitki boyu, sap kalınlığı, bayrak yaprak uzunluğu, bayrak yaprak genişliği, kuru ot verimi ve tane verimi incelenmiştir. İncelenen bütün özellikler bakımından genotipler ve yıl x genotip interaksiyonları arasında istatistiki olarak önemli (p&amp;lt;0.01) farklar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Genotiplerin ortalama kuru ot verimi 326 ile 1479 kg da-1 ve tane verimi 128.7 ile 572.4 kg da-1 arasında değişmiştir. Biplot grafiğine göre, tane verimi ile kuru ot verimi, bitki boyu, sap kalınlığı, bayrak yaprak uzunluğu ve yatma durumu arasında olumlu ilişki belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, incelenen özelliklerin populasyonların toplandığı illere göre değiştiği belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
