Abstract

Pediatric anesthesia in a complex abdominal tumor with massive ascites is challenging both due to the abdominal compression effect and pediatric physiology. From diagnosis through the surgery, anesthesia plays a crucial role. It provides stressful both of patient and medical team. We present pediatric anesthesia management in abdominal tumor with massive ascites.
