Pediatrik ön kol çift kırıklarında titanyum elastik çivi sonuçları

Abstract

Ön kol çift kırığı olan on yaş altı 18 olguda uyguladığımız titanyum elastik çivi sonuçlarını tartışmayı amaçladık. Tüm olgulara ilk 24 saat içerisinde kapalı redüksiyon sonrası floroskopi yardımı ile perkutan titanyum elastik çivi uygulandı. Postoperatif üç hafta atel ile immobilizasyon sonrası hareket başlandı. Olguların hiçbirinde fleksiyon ve ekstansiyon kısıtlaması gerçekleşmedi. Ortalama kaynama süresi 11,7 (9-14) hafta idi. Kaynamayan olgumuz yoktu. On iki hafta sonunda bir olgumuzda rotasyon kaybı, üç olguda yüzeyel enfeksiyon saptandı. Ön kol çift kırığı olan on yaş ve altındaki çocukların cerrahi tedavisinde titanyum elastik çivilerin, iyileşme sonuçlarının iyi oluşu ve komplikasyonların azlığı sebebiyle uygulanmasını öneriyoruz.
