SUMMARY
THE IMPORTANCE ALLOPURINOL DURING ISCHEMIA
To understand the ischemic tissue injuries, a lot of experimental studies have been done. One of the most important improvements of this subject is take shaun. Of the existance free OH (hidroxy) radicals in the related, tissues. Nowedayse invasfigations have been directed to the clearens or the inactivations of the free hydroxyl radicals. In this study, the effects of the Allopurinol and Rheomac, rodex - Mannitol on the ischemic pathology were investigated in the twanty rabbits underwent iatrogenic ischemia.
ÖZET
İsteminin dokularda oluşturduğu patolojik değişikliklerin saptanması amacıyla birçok deneysel çalışma yapılmaktadır. İlgili dokularda serbest hidroksi radikallerinin varlığının gösterilmesi bu konudaki önemli adımlardan biridir. Günümüz¬de araştırmaların çoğu serbest hidroksi radikallerinin ilgi¬li dokulardan atılımı veya inaktivasyonu ile ilgilidir. Çalışmamızda 20 tavşan üzerinde iatrojenik olarak iskemi oluşturularak Rheomakrodeks-Mannitol ve Allopurinolun iskemik patoloji üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır.
