Abstract
In this study, regional anaesthesia procedures administered to 3004 patients were evalua¬ted retrospectively in respect to their date, age, sex, surgery, kind of operation, ASA clasi-fication and complication properties. It was found that, spinal anaesthesia (%53.1), epidu¬ral anaesthesia (%35.2) and regional intravenous anaesthesia (RIVA) (%5.2) were the most frequently used regional anaesthesia techniques..
Bu çalışmada, 3004 olguya uygulanan bölgesel anestezi yöntemleri, tarih, yaş, cins, cer¬rahi bölüm, olguların operasyona kabul şekli, ASA sınıflandırması, komplikasyonlar gibi özellikler dikkate alınarak retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Bölgesel Anestezi teknikleri içinde en çok spinal anestezi (%53.1), epidural anestezi (%35.2) ve bölgesel intravenöz anestezi (RİVA) (%5.2)'nın uygulanmış olduğu saptandı.
