Large '- Cell Immunoblastic Lymphoma with Intrahepatic Cholestasis; Case Report
Hepatic involvement is observed 16-26% of newly diagnosed cases of non-hodgkin lymphoma. However, the incidence reaches up to 52% in postmortem studies. A few cases of intrahepatic cholestatic, jaundice, have been described in non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We report a case with non-Hodgkin lymphoma presenting with intrahepatic cholestasis.
Non-Hodgkin lenlbma olgularının yaklaşık %16-26'smda karaciğer Lutulumu gözlenmektedir. Otopsi çalışmalarında bu oran %52'ye kadar yükselir. Non-Hodgkin lenibmah çok az sayıda vakada intrahepatik kolestaz tanımlanmıştır. Bu raporda: intrahepatik kolestaz ile seyreden bir non-Hodgkin lenfoma olgusu sunuyoruz.
