Öz

States can use even the most innocent and sacred concepts andinstitutions to realize their imperialist ambitions. Sadly, humanrights has not been immune to this imperial abuse. Humanrights has been at the top of international agenda for manyyears. Abuse of human rights for imperialistic ambitions goesfar back in history. This began with the “rights of foreigners”and “minority rights” that were the first manifestations of theinclusion of human rights within the scope of international law.Today, this manipulation continues with even greater pace. Ithas become a must to put an end to the imperialistic hegemonyover human rights. It is henceforward necessary to identify theparticular tasks which need to be shouldered by states and civilsociety associations in order to effectively combat abusive practices of imperialistic actors within the system of human rights

FİLİSTİN’DE İSRAİL’İN İNSAN HAKLARI İHLALLERİ VE TÜRKİYE

Öz

Filistin, binlerce yıldır dünyanın gözlerinin üzerinde olduğu topraklar olmuştur. Bununolumsuz bir sonucu olarak, trajediler de en yoğun olarak buralarda yaşanmıştır. Bölge,Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminde en huzurlu zamanlarını geçirmiştir. Ne var ki, burasıİsrail’in kuruluşu sonrası, eski kara günlerine dönmüştür. İsrail’in bu coğrafyada yaşayanherkesi hedef alan Yahudiler dâhil uluslararası hukuka aykırı uygulamaları halen devametmektedir. Söz konusu insan hakları ihlallerine karşı bütün dünyanın harekete geçmesigerekmektedir. Türkiye’nin diğer ülkelere göre, özel durumu nedeniyle, daha büyük sorumluluğu bulunmaktadır. Makalemizde İsrail’in insan hakları ihlalleri ele alınmış vebunların önlenmesi için başta Türkiye olmak üzere yapılması gerekenler ve genel olarakuluslararası toplumun üzerine düşen uluslararası yükümlülükler değerlendirilmiştir
