                            <p>Defined as generation Y born in 1977-1994 are potential labor for today and at managerial positions for the near future. In this work, it was studied to determine the perceptions and thoughts of generation Y about the components of transformational leadership which is known as coherent with the present as creating a shared vision, opening new paradigms, high motivation skills, team work, creativity, problem solving skills, staff empowerment and flexible management approach</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Y kuşağı olarak tanımlanan 1977-1994 yılları arasında doğanlar, günümüzün potansiyel işgücü olan ve yakın gelecekte yönetici pozisyonlarda yer alacak bireylerden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, günümüz koşullarına uygun olduğu ileri sürülen transformasyonel liderliğin temel bileşenleri olarak ortak vizyon oluşturma, yeni paradigmalara açıklık, yüksek motivasyon becerisi, takım çalışması, yaratıcılık, sorun çözme becerisi, çalışanları güçlendirme ve esnek yönetim anlayışına yönelik y kuşağının algısı ve düşünceleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır</p></abstract>
