                            <p>This research is conducted in order to examine the relationship between perceptions of service employees about internal marketing practices of service business and their customer-orientation behaviors in the context of the service. On the basis of quantitative research methods, the data has been collected from the employees working in service busines that operating in Aksaray. The data has been analyzed by using independent sample t-test and Pearson&#039;s correlation tests. The findings indicate that employees’ customer orientations behavior differs with regard to application level of internal marketing</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırma, hizmet çalışanlarının çalıştıkları hizmet işletmesinin içsel pazarlama uygulamalarına ilişkin algılamaları ile bu çalışanların hizmet bağlamındaki müşteri yönlü davranışları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu amacı karşılayabilmek için nicel araştırma yöntemi esas alınarak, oluşturulan bir veri toplama aracıyla Aksaray’da faaliyet gösteren hizmet işletmelerinin çalışanlarından veri toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler, Bağımsız Örneklem t-testi ve Pearson Korelasyon testlerinden yararlanarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, hizmet işletmelerinde içsel pazarlama uygulama düzeyine göre çalışanların müşteri yönlü davranışlarının farklılaştığını göstermektedir</p></abstract>
