                            <p>This study aims to reveal the psychometric dimensions of Turkish adolescents’ attachment behaviors toward social media influencers. Conducted within a general survey model, the study group consisted of a total of 898 adolescents. Selected through stratified sampling based on grade level, 229 participants were included in the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), 529 in the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and 140 in the criterion validity analyses. The results of the EFA yielded a four-factor structure comprising 20 items. These four subdimensions identified at the theoretical level were labeled model-based closeness, attachment, shared interaction, and active following, respectively. The four-factor structure accounted for 59.05% of the total variance. CFA results indicated that the model fit indices demonstrated excellent fit for RMSEA (.049), AGFI (.926), CFI (.952), and IFI (.953), and acceptable fit for GFI (.945), RMR (.065), NFI (.919), TLI (.942), and RFI (.901). These findings confirm the final structure consisting of 18 items and four factors. The McDonald’s omega coefficient of the validated structure was .901. Correlation analysis revealed a moderate positive relationship between Turkish adolescents’ attachment to social media influencers and their social media addiction levels (r=.53, p&amp;lt;.01). Independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA results further indicated that attachment to social media influencers differed significantly in favor of girls and adolescents who use social media for more than five hours per day. Considering all psychometric evaluations, the findings suggest that Turkish adolescents’ attachment behaviors toward social media influencers demonstrate a high potential for objective measurement.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırma, Türk ergenlerin sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanma davranışlarına ilişkin psikometrik boyutları ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Genel tarama modelinde yürütülen bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu toplam 898 ergenden oluşmaktadır. Sınıf düzeylerine göre tabakalı olarak seçilen bu ergenlerin 229’u açımlayıcı faktör analizi, 529’u doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve 140’ı ölçüt geçerliği çalışmalarında kullanılmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları dört alt faktör ve yirmi maddeden oluşan yapıyı ortaya çıkarmıştır. Kuramsal boyutta çözümlenen bu dört alt faktör sırasıyla modelde yakınlaşma, bağlılık, ortak etkileşim ve etkin takip biçiminde isimlendirilmiş, ortaya çıkarılan bu dört faktörlü yapının toplam varyansın %59.05’ini açıkladığı gözlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları ise ölçeğe ilişkin RMSEA (.049), AGFI (.926), CFI (.952) ve IFI (.953) indekslerinin mükemmel; GFI (.945), RMR (.065), NFI (.919), TLI (.942) ve RFI (.901) indekslerinin de kabul edilebilir uyum ölçütleri arasında olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlar on sekiz madde ve dört faktörden oluşan nihai yapının doğrulandığına işaret etmektedir. Doğrulanan bu yapının McDonald omega katsayısı ise .901’dir. Korelasyon sonuçları Türk ergenlerin sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanmaları ile sosyal medya bağımlılıkları arasındaki orta düzey pozitif ilişkiyi (r=.53, p&amp;lt;0.01) ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bağımsız örneklemler t-testi ve tek faktörlü ANOVA sonuçları ise sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanma davranışının kızlar ve sosyal medyayı özellikle beş saat üzerinde kullanan ergenler lehine anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiğini ortaya koymuştur. Belirtilen tüm psikometrik incelemeler dikkate alındığında, Türk ergenlerin bağlanma davranışlarının nesnel olarak ölçülebilme potansiyelinin yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.</p></abstract>
