Öz
Giriş: Solunum yollarının oldukça agresif seyreden primer akciğer kanseri ve mezotelyoma gibi tümörlerinin yanında nadiren malign melanom da akciğerde primer lezyon olarak karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. Literatürde sayılı örnekleri olan akciğerin primer malign melanomu (PMML) tanısı koyduğumuz bir vakayı bu yazıda sunmaktayız.
