                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı nöroşirürji yoğun bakım ünitesinde sağlık hizmeti ilişkili infeksiyonlar ve etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesidir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada Ekim 2017-Eylül 2018 tarihleri arasında İstanbul&#039;da bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinin nöroşirürji yoğun bakım ünitesinde yatan hastaların kayıtları retrospektif olarak incelendi.Bulgular: Çalışmaya alınan 255 hastanın 142&#039;si (%55,7) erkek, 130&#039;u (%51) kraniyal cerrahi geçirmiş ve 142&#039;si (%55,7) en az bir komorbid hastalığa sahipti. 24 (%9,4) hastada sağlık hizmeti ile ilişkili infeksiyon geliştiği ve infeksiyon gelişen hastaların 14&#039;ünde (%58,3) en az bir adet komorbid hastalık varlığı belirlendi. Cerrahi girişimin türü, ameliyat öncesi ve yoğun bakım ünitesinde yatış süreleri, mekanik ventilator destek ve sedasyon süreleri ile sağlık hizmeti ile ilişkili infeksiyonlar arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulundu (p</p></abstract>
