Türkiye’de NANDA-I, NOC ve NIC sınıflama sistemlerinin etkinliğinin değerlendirildiği lisansüstü hemşirelik tezlerinin incelenmesi

Öz

Amaç: Hemşirelik bakımında uluslararası standart sınıflama sistemlerinin kullanılmasının hasta çıktılarının iyileştirilmesinde etkili olmasına rağmen yapılan çalışmalar sınırlı sayıdadır. Bu sistematik derlemede amaç, Türkiye’de NANDA-I, NOC ve NIC sınıflama sistemlerinin etkinliğinin değerlendirildiği lisansüstü hemşirelik tezlerinin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu derleme çalışmasının verileri retrospektif olarak elde edilmiştir. Veri taraması 2012-2022 yılları arasında Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Ulusal Tez Tarama Merkezi’nde yayınlanan tezler için yapılmıştır. Taramada “NANDA”, “NOC”, “NIC”, “hemşirelik süreci”, “hemşirelik tanısı”, “sınıflama”, “hemşirelik çıktısı”, “hemşirelik girişimi” ve “hemşirelik” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya erişime açık, tam metnine ulaşılan, yönteminde NANDA-I, NOC ve NIC sistemlerini birlikte kullanan, deneysel araştırma tasarımında olan ve hemşirelik alanında yapılan tezler dahil edilmiştir. Tarama sonucunda 133 teze ulaşılmıştır. Dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan sekiz tez araştırma kapsamına alınmış ve tam metinleri detaylı incelenmiştir. Bulgular: İncelenen tezlerin altısı doktora ve ikisi yüksek lisans tezidir. Tezlerin hepsi 2015 yılı ve sonrasında yapılmıştır. Tezlerin örneklem grubunu hastalar (n=5), hasta yakınları (n=1) ve hemşirelik öğrencileri (n=2) oluşturmuştur. Hasta veya hasta yakınlarıyla yürütülen çalışmalarda, üç sistemin birlikte kullanılmasının bakım üzerinde olumlu etkileri gösterilmiştir. Hemşirelik öğrencileriyle yürütülen çalışmalarda, hemşirelik eğitiminde üç sistemin birlikte kullanılmasının hemşirelik süreci öğretiminde etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Çalışma sonuçları gösteriyor ki, üç sistemin birlikte kullanılmasının hasta bakımı ve hemşirelik eğitiminde olumlu etkileri vardır. NANDA-I, NOC ve NIC sistemlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı hemşirelik süreçlerinin etkisinin incelendiği çalışmalara her alanda ihtiyaç vardır.

Investigation of post-graduate nursing thesis which evaluate the efficiency of NANDA-I, NOC and NIC classification systems in Turkey

Öz

Aim: Although the use of international standard classification systems in nursing care is effective in improving patient outcomes, studies are limited. The aim of this systematic review is to examine the postgraduate nursing theses in Turkey in which the effectiveness of the NANDA-I, NOC and NIC classification systems are evaluated. Materials and methods: The data of this review were obtained retrospectively. Data searching was carried out for the theses published in the National Thesis Screening Center of the Council of Higher Education between the years 2012-2022. The keywords "NANDA", "NOC", "NIC", "nursing process", "nursing diagnosis", "classification", "nursing outcome", "nursing intervention" and "nursing" were used in the search. The theses that are accessible to the research, whose full text is accessible, which use NANDA-I, NOC and NIC systems together in their methods, which are in experimental research design and which are made in the field of nursing are included. As a result of the search, 133 theses were reached. Eight theses that met the inclusion criteria were included in the research and their full texts were examined in detail. Results: Six of the theses examined are doctoral and two are master's theses. All theses were done in 2015 and after. The sample group of the theses consisted of patients (n=5), patient relatives (n=1) and nursing students (n=2). In studies conducted with patients or their relatives, the positive effects of using the three systems on care have been shown. In studies conducted with nursing students, it has been determined that the use of three systems together in nursing education is effective in teaching the nursing process. Conclusion: The results of the study show that the use of the three systems together has positive effects on patient care and nursing education. There is a need for studies examining the effects of nursing processes in which NANDA-I, NOC and NIC systems are used together.
