<p>Ethics is the reflection of theories, principles, philosophies on behavior in the name of thinking, living by an individual who has reached a certain moral maturity. Moral principles that control how individuals or communities may behave. Ethical principles such as autonomy, usefulness, non-harming, honesty, confidentiality and justice are the basic moral truths that can guide action. Healthcare professionals have to provide fair service to people without discrimination. Ethical dilemma is forcing the person to choose between two conflicting situations that do not want each other. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the emergence of ethical dilemmas about the implementation and continuity of health services around the world. While giving care, nurses should comply with universal ethical rules such as informing, respecting the individual, obtaining patient consent, protecting the patient, not harming the patient, maintaining a quality life of the patient, and should predict the risks and ensure that individuals are affected in the least way. When a dilemma is experienced, a solution should be sought under the guidance of ethical principles. As a result, nurses should do their professional knowledge, experience and skills in accordance with moral behavior and attitudes in times of ethical dilemmas such as pandemics.</p></trans-abstract>
