Mukoepidermoid karsinom (MEK) tükürük bezinin ensık görülen malign tümörüdür ve en sık parotiste görülür.Onkositik mukoepidermoid karsinom (OMEK) nadirsubtiptir. Burada 28 yaşında endometrium kanserinedeniyle takip edilen kadın hastanın, sağ parotisteizlenen kitlesinin primer tümör mü metastatik tümörmü olduğunu histolojik, immünhistokimyasal ve molekülersonuçlarıyla sunmayı amaçladık.

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is the mostcommon malignant tumor of the salivary gland andis most commonly seen in the parotid. Oncocyticmucoepidermoid carcinoma (OMEC) is a raresubtype. Here, we aimed to present the histological,immunohistochemical, and molecular results of a28-year-old female patient followed for endometrialcancer, whether the mass in the right parotid is aprimary or metastatic tumor.
