In the presentstudy, plasma expression levels of miR-1910-3p, miR-4649-3p, miR-4296 and miR-210 were investigated inAD.Material and MethodForty patients with AD and forty healthy control subjectswere included in the present study. Quantitative realtimePCR was used to measure miRNAs.ResultsThe mean plasma miR-4296 level was higher in thepatient group (p &amp;lt; 0.001). There was a significantnegative correlation between SCORAD scores andmiR-210 levels (r:-0.340, p=0.032). miR-210 levelsdecreased with increasing disease severity. In logisticregression analyses, an increase in plasma miR-4296levels was found to be statistically significant (OR=5.464, p</p>
