                            <p>ObjectiveWith the coronavirus pandemic, all healthcare professionalsin general, and operating room personnel inparticular, had to work under difficult conditions. Theaim of this study is to examine burnout levels in operatingroom workers.Material and MethodIn February 2021, the Copenhagen burnout scale wasadministered to 162 healthcare workers working in theoperating room. The burnout levels of the participantswere measured under three sub-headings: personal,work and pandemic-related. Scores above 50 pointswere considered high burnout.ResultsPersonal burnout was 66.9 ±19.5, work-related burnoutwas 66.8 ± 16.1, pandemic-related burnout was74.3±12.1. It was found that females had higherscores for all subscales.ConclusionThe burnout levels of the operating room workersduring the pandemic period were determined at highlevels. Actions to reduce or prevent burnout are neededin this regard.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>AmaçKoronavirüs pandemisiyle birlikte genelde tüm sağlıkçalışanları, özelde de ameliyathane personelleri zorşartlarla çalışmak zorunda kaldılar. Bu çalışmanınamacı, ameliyathane çalışanlarında tükenmişlik seviyeleriniincelemektir.Gereç ve YöntemŞubat 2021’de ameliyathanede çalışan 162 sağlıkçalışanına Kopenhag tükenmişlik ölçeği uygulandı.Katılımcıların kişisel, iş ve pandemi ile ilişkili olmaküzere üç alt başlıkta tükenmişlik seviyeleri ölçüldü. 50puan üzerinde skorlar yüksek tükenmişlik olarak kabuledildi.BulgularKişisel tükenmişlik 66.9±19.5, iş ile ilgili tükenmişlik66.8 ± 16.1, pandemi ile ilişkili tükenmişlik 74.3± 12.1olarak bulundu. Tüm alt ölçekler için kadın cinsiyetteolanların daha yüksek skora sahip oldukları bulundu.SonuçAmeliyathane çalışanlarının pandemi dönemindekitükenmişlik düzeyleri yüksek seviyelerde tespit edilmiştir.Tükenmişliği azaltacak veya önleyecek eylemlerebu konuda ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır.</p></abstract>
