The aim of this study is to comparesymptoms, pain intensity, fear of movement, anxiety, depression status and physical activities according topain-related activity patterns in patients with knee OA.Material and Method: 120 participants with clinicaland radiological knee OA were included in this crosssectionalstudy. Participants with knee OA weredivided into three groups according to the Pain-Activity Patterns Scale: avoidance pattern, overdoingpattern, and regulation pattern. Visual AnalogueScale for assessing the severity of pain of participantswith knee OA, KOOS (Knee Injury and OsteoarthritisOutcome Score) for assessing knee functions andknee-related quality of life, International PhysicalActivity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-Short) forassessing physical activity level, fear of falling theTAMPA kinesiophobia scale and the Hospital AnxietyDepression Scale (HAD) for anxiety and depressionwere used.ResultsIn our study, participants with knee OA were dividedinto three groups according to pain, and all subgroupsof pain duration, pain severity (rest-activity), andKOOS scores were found to be similar to eachother (p&amp;gt;0.05). HAD-anxiety and depression states,TAMPA scores and IPAQ-Walking scores were foundto be different between the groups (p</p></trans-abstract>
