                            <p>AmaçBu araştırma, yetişkin hastaların kan alma işlemi sırasındayaşadığı ağrıyı tespit edebilmeyi; görsel veişitsel yöntemlerin rutin kan alma uygulamasına kıyaslaağrı düzeyi üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayıamaçlamaktadır.Gereç ve YöntemAraştırma, randomize kontrollü bir çalışma olarak yürütüldü.15.01.2022 tarihinde bir üniversite hastanesininkan alma biriminde gerçekleştirildi. Toplam doksandokuz hasta, üç gruba randomize edildi. Görselgrupta yer alan hastalara ekranda bulunan doğa fotoğrafına,işitme grubunda yer alan hastalara ise dinledikleridoğa seslerine odaklanmaları istendi. Veriler;Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Görsel Ağrı Ölçeği kullanılaraktoplandı.                                                                                                                                     <abstract><p>ObjectiveThis study aims to determine the pain experienced byadult patients during the bloodletting procedure andto reveal the effect of visual and auditory methodson the level of pain compared to routine bloodlettingprocedures.Material and MethodThe study was conducted as a randomized controlledtrial. The study was carried out in a blood collectionunit of a hospital on 15.01.2022. A total of ninety-ninepatients were randomized into three groups (visual,auditory, and control groups). Visual Group patientswere asked to focus on the nature photograph on thescreen, and the Auditory Group patients were askedto focus on the nature sounds they listened to. Datawere collected using the Personal Information Formand the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
