Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği, Ankara Özet Meraljia parestetika, lateral femoral kuteneal sinirin ağrılı mononöropatisidir. Etiyolojide birçok factor suçlanmıştır. Biz de bu çalışmamızda sıkı kemer, dar pantolon nedeniyle meraljia parestetika gelişmiş iki olgu ve iliak kanattan otogreft alımını takiben gelişmiş bir olguyu sunduk. Sonuç olarak meraljia parestetika, ortopedik cerrahi işlemler sonrasında gelişebilen ve özellikle lomber ve kalça problemleri ile karışabilen, bu bölge yakınmalarında akılda bulundurulması gerekli, basit öneri ve tedavi yöntemleri ile çoğunlukla tedavi edilebilen bir problemdir. Anahtar kelimeler: Meraljia parestetika, lateral femoral kuteneal sinir. Abstract Meralgia paresthetica . report of three cases and revıew of the lıterature Meralgia paresthetica is a painful mono-neuropathy of lateral cutaneal femoral nevre. We would liketo report of a total of three cases, two had developed due to tight belt an done had arisen after harvesting auto-graft from the iliac bone. In conclusion meralgia paresthetica,which can arise after orthopedic surgery, should be kept in mind as a differential diagnose in the complainments about particulary hip and lumbar region.
