                                                                                                <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>X-ray exposures in pregnancy and influence on fetus are the least known and one of the most difficult subject to be researched. Especially, to decide radiation exposure of pregnant for diagnosis and treatment proposes require a serious decision mechanism. Researches showed that the dose may be harmful to fetus is 5 rad (50 mGy), and if the fetus is exposued under this amount, the possibility to be harmful is quite low. 50 mGy is such a high dose which can not to be gained by any radiological examination.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Gebelikte maruz kalýnan X ýþýný etkileri ve fetal etkilenim en az bilinen, araþtýrýlmasý zor konulardan biridir. Özellikle gebenin, taný ve tedavi amaçlý radyasyon maruziyetine karar vermek ciddi bir karar mekanizmasý gerektirmektedir. Yapýlan araþtýrmalar fetusa zararlý olabilecek radyasyon dozunun 5 rad (50mGy) olduðunu, fetusun bu miktarýn altýnda radyasyona maruz kalmasý durumuda ise zarar görme olasýlýðýnýn son derece uzak olduðunu ortaya koymuþtur. 50 mGy tanýsal amaçlý kullanýlan hiçbir radyoloji tekniði ile ulaþýlamayacak kadar yüksek bir dozdur.</p></abstract>
