Rekreasyonel sportif faaliyetlerin artışıile birlikte spora bağlı yaralanmaların sıklığı artmaktadır. Stres fraktürü,sıklıkla tibiada ve unilateral olarak görülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, rekreasyonelsportif faaliyet sonucu bilateral tibia distal metafizinde stres fraktürü gelenbir olgu ve tedavi yaklaşımımız paylaşılmaktadır.
