AmaçSon yıllarda sistemik inflamasyon skor (SIS) ve modifiyesistemik inflamasyon skor (mSIS) gibi skorlarınkolorektal kanserlerde prognostik ve prediktif değerleriaraştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, basit labaratuvartestleri ile hesaplanan modifiye sistemik inflamatuarskorun (mSIS) high grade displazili (HGD) kolonpoliplerinde invaziv karsinom varlığını öngörmedekietkinliği araştırıldı.Gereç ve YöntemOcak 2019 -Ekim 2021 tarihleri arasında preoperatifHGD tanısıyla opere edilen 44 kolorektal polipli hastanınpostoperatif verileri retrospektif olarak incelendi.Hastalar postoperatif histopatolojik inceleme sonuçlarınagöre HGD, Tis veya adenomatöz polip veinvaziv karsinom olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. mSIS hesaplaması;mSIS 0 [albümin (ALB) ≥ 4.0 g/dL ve lenfosit/monosit oranı (LMR) ≥ 3.4], mSIS 1 (ALB

ObjectiveIn recent years, the prognostic and predictive valuesof scoring systems such as systemic inflammationscore (SIS) and modified systemic inflammationscore (mSIS) have been investigated in colorectalcancers.
