                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu makale, COVID-19 pandemi sürecinde, evde bakım pratiklerinin toplumsal cinsiyet dinamikleri üzerinden yeniden inşa edildiğini ve bu sürecin sosyo-teknik bir dönüşüm olarak incelenebileceğini savunmaktadır. Pandemiyle birlikte çeşitli alanlarda dijital sağlık uygulamalarının kullanımının yaygınlaştığı gözlemlenmektedir. Literatürde bu tür uygulamaların genellikle güçlendirici (empowering) özellikleri vurgulanmaktadır. Buna karşın, görüşmecilerimizin deneyimleri farklı bir tablo çizmektedir: kadınlar için özgürleştirici ve güçlendirici olarak kodlanan bu teknolojiler, gerçekte ev içi bakım görevlerinin yeniden dağıtılmasına ve çoğu zaman yoğunlaşmasına yol açmaktadır. Bu makale, COVID-19 pandemisi sürecinde yoğunlukla kullanılan dijital uygulamaların kadınların ev içi bakım işlerini kolaylaştırmak yerine, nasıl disipline ettiği, bireyselleştirdiği ve genişlettiği önerisinden yola çıkmaktadır. Çalışmanın ampirik dayanağı, kadın görüşmecilerle yapılan derinlemesine görüşmelerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma kuramsal çerçevesini iki temele dayandırmaktadır, sosyo-biyo-teknik bakım kompleksi ve Bilim ve Teknoloji Çalışmaları literatüründeki duygusal altyapılar ve verileştirme pratikleri.</p></abstract>
