<p>Bu çalışma, doğa temelli rekreasyon programının beyaz yakalı kamu çalışanlarında iklim kaygısı ve psikolojik dayanıklılık üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada, ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel bir desen kullanılmıştır. Altmış gönüllü kamu çalışanı rastgele olarak deney grubuna (n=30) ve kontrol grubuna (n=30) atanmıştır. Deney grubu 4 haftalık doğa temelli rekreasyon programına katılırken, kontrol grubuna herhangi bir müdahale uygulanmamıştır. Veriler Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği (CD-RISC) ve İklim Kaygısı Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Normallik sağlanamadığı için parametrik olmayan testler uygulanmıştır. Deney grubunda iklim kaygısında anlamlı bir azalma ve psikolojik dayanıklılıkta artış gözlemlenirken, kontrol grubunda iklim kaygısında artış ve dayanıklılıkta azalış görülmüştür (p &amp;lt; .001). Gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar da deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılıklar ortaya koymuştur. Bu bulgular, yapılandırılmış doğa temelli rekreasyon programlarının iklim kaygısını azaltmada ve psikolojik dayanıklılığı artırmada etkili olabileceğini göstermektedir.</p></trans-abstract>

A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design was used. Sixty volunteer public employees were randomly assigned to an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). The experimental group participated in a 4-week nature-based recreation program, while the control group received no intervention. Data were collected using the Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and the Climate Anxiety Scale. Due to non-normality, non-parametric tests were applied. The experimental group showed a significant decrease in climate anxiety and increase in psychological resilience, whereas the control group exhibited an increase in climate anxiety and a decrease in resilience (p &amp;lt; .001). Between-group comparisons revealed significant differences favoring the experimental group. These findings suggest that structured nature-based recreation programs can effectively reduce climate anxiety and enhance psychological resilience. Keywords: nature-based recreation, climate anxiety, psychological resilience, public employees, quasi-experimental design.</p>
