Language policy is the set of rules created to affect the language of a society, and the function, structure or acquisition of linguistic diversity. It determines the place of language in the social structure. It focuses on language-related problems, explores language positions and shows how these positions are used. It is associated with language regulation. It determines the use of languages and formally resorts to legislation to determine them. Although language policy spreads as a field of sociolinguistics, it is one of the research topics of applied linguistics. Therefore, this study is carried out to obtain data on the teaching of Turkish language in terms of language policies. A new perspective is sought in this area.
