Abstract

Su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinde kadmiyum toksisitesine karşı humik asitin koruyucu etkilerinin araştırıldığı çalışmada, canlı materyal
olarak kahverengi alabalık (Salmo trutta fario) kullanılmıştır. Uygulama periyodu sonucunda balıklardan örneklenen kanlarda
elektrolitlerdeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Ölçülen parametreler ile ilgili sonuçlar tür ve muamele şeklinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sodyum,
magnezyum, fosfor ve klor değerlerindeki farklar önemsiz bulunurken kalsiyum değerindekiler önemli bulunmuştur (p<0,05).

Abstract

In this study, the protective effects of humic acid against cadmium toxicity in brown trout (Salmo trutta fario) were investigated. The alterations at the electrolyte levels were analyzed at the end of the experiment. The parameters were evaluated according to the species and treatment. The differences at Sodium (Na), Magnesium (Mg), Phosphor (P) and Chlor (Cl) were not significant (p<0,05) for statically at the Calcium (Ca) was not
