Icarda Orjinli Yazlık Arpa Genotiplerinin Bazı Özellikleri Yönünden Seleksiyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi Diyarbakır koşullarında 2009-2010 ve 2010-2011 yetiştirme sezonlarında yürütülmüştür.
Çalışmada, ICARDA’dan temin edilen 20 adet yazlık arpa genotipi ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde yoğun olarak ekilen 5 adet arpa çeşidi
kullanılmıştır.
Yapılan birleşik varyans analizinde, incelenen özellikler bakımından çeşit/hatlar arasında tane verimi, başaklanma tarihi, bitki boyu,
hektolitre ağırlığı, bin dane ağırlığı ve % 1 ve %5 seviyesinde önemli farklılıklar belirlenmiştir.
Yapılan varyans analiz sonuçlarına göre; tane verimi 398.4 ile 621.1 kg da-1
, başaklanma tarihi, 102 -118 gün, bitki boyu 80 – 128 cm,
hektolitre ağırlığı 64.7 ile 71.8 g, bin tane ağırlığı 32.8 ile 44.6 g arasında değişmiştir. İki yıllık değerlendirme sonucunda verim ve verim
parametreleri yönünden 20 adet genotip seleksiyona tabii tutulmuş ve öne çıkan 10 genotip bölge şartlarına uygun olduğu kanaatine varılmış ve
bölge genelinde farklı lokasyonlarda test etmek üzere bir ileri kademeye aktarılmıştır

Abstract

This investigation was carried out in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 growing season in Diyarbakır conditions in Southeast Anatolia Region.In the study, used total of twenty spring barley advenced lines and five varietes Which commonly cultivated at the Southeast Anatolia Region. The analysis of variance, significant differences found betwen genotypes in terms of features grain yield, heading time, plant height, hectoliter weight, thousand grain weight and sieve efficiency level of 1% and 5%. According to the results obtained from the analysis, The average values among the spring barley genotypes, grain yield changed between 398.4 and 621.1 kg/da-1, heading time betwen 102 -118 day, plant height betwen 80 – 128 cm, hectoliter weight between 64.7 and 71.8 g, thousand grain weight between 32.8 and 44.6 g and sieve efficiency (2.25 mm and more sieve) 40-82 %.
