Foreign body aspiration is one of the major problems in childhood due to its acute and chronic complications, and should not be missdiagnosed if there is any suspicion. It appears as the predecessor reasons in differential diagnosis of wheezing in the practice of pediatrics, however, in asthma attacks occuring in patients diagnosed as having asthma it may not immediately come into mind. We report a patient known to be asthmatic and who come to our clinic with a suspected asthma attack but in fact we diagnosed foreign body aspiration. We like to emphasize that, all the diagnosis’ that are believed to be routine asthma attacks must be rechecked because they in fact can be foreign body aspiration
