Kawasaki disease is a systemic vasculitis that often present with abnormal urinary findings, such as aseptic pyuria, mild proteinuria and microscopic haematuria. In this case report, we present a five-year-old boy who was initially prescribed antibiotics for pyuria, fever and high acute phase reactant levels, but later diagnosed as Kawasaki disease during the follow-up and regression of the coronary arterial perivascular echogenicity had been observed after IVIG treatment
