                            <p>The aim of this study is to systematically examine the studies conducted with children and adolescents within the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Türkiye and to reveal trends in this field. This study examined Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based studies conducted with children and adolescents in Türkiye using a systematic review design. The most recent literature review was conducted on July 14, 2023, and studies from before this date were included. The studies accessed within the scope of the research were examined based on the distribution of child and adolescent Cognitive Behavioral Therapy studies by year, the research methods used, the distribution of research methods by year, frequently used keywords, variables examined in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, how the study groups were determined, the distribution of diagnostic and non-diagnostic studies, which Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts were studied more frequently, and variables related to the effectiveness of intervention studies. Among the 115 studies accessed, the majority were master&#039;s theses; quantitative research methods were used more frequently; the sampling method was predominantly random sampling; the sample group consisted mostly of adolescents aged 12-18; parent- and expert-focused studies were very rare; and experimental studies were largely influential. The findings were discussed in light of the literature, and recommendations for future research were made.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi çerçevesinde çocuk ve ergenlere yönelik yapılan çalışmaların sistematik bir şekilde incelenerek bu alandaki eğilimlerin ortaya konmasıdır. Çalışmada, Türkiye’de Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi temelli çocuk ve ergenlerle yapılan çalışmalar sistematik derleme deseniyle incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında alanyazın taraması en son 14 Temmuz 2023 tarihinde yapılmış olup bu tarihten önceki çalışmalar araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında ulaşılan çalışmalar, çocuk ve ergen Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi çalışmalarında yıllara göre dağılım, kullanılan araştırma yöntemleri, araştırma yöntemlerinin yıllara göre nasıl bir dağılım gösterdiği, sık kullanılan anahtar kelimeler, Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi ile birlikte incelenen değişkenler, çalışılan araştırma gruplarının nasıl belirlendiği, tanı odaklı çalışmalar ile tanı içermeyen çalışmaların dağılımı, hangi Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi kavramlarının daha yoğunlukta çalışıldığı ve müdahale çalışmalarının etkililiğine dair değişkenler esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Ulaşılan yüz on beş çalışmada en büyük çoğunluğu yüksek lisans tezlerinin oluşturduğu, araştırma yöntemi olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin daha sık kullanıldığı, örneklem belirleme yönteminin ağırlıklı olarak seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi olduğu, örneklem grubu olarak en fazla 12-18 yaş arası ergenlerin çalışmalarda yer aldığı, ebeveyn ve uzman odaklı çalışmaların çok az olduğu ve deneysel çalışmaların büyük oranda etkili olduğu gibi bazı bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular alanyazın ışığında tartışılıp gelecek çalışmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.</p></abstract>
