                            <p>In this study, the production flow was constructed in a company that produces denim trousers and in order to increase the efficiency of similar operations within the garment production line in question, the movements of the operators while performing the operations were analyzed and the two-hand motion analysis scheme, one of the ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) techniques, was applied in order to improve production. For this purpose, first of all, the operations to be improved were determined and then recorded on video, then the relevant videos were watched in slow motion to determine the time spent for all movements. In operations where two-hand movement analysis would be performed, first of all, it was checked whether there was a statistically significant difference between the fastest and slowest working operators among those for whom a method study would be performed. Suggestions were made for the rearrangement of work areas and methods according to the two-hand motion analysis on the previously prepared form and as a result of the study, the effect of the current method change on production was examined with a deterministic simulation model.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, denim pantolon üreten bir işletmede, üretim akışı çıkarılmış ve söz konusu konfeksiyon üretim bandı içerisinde benzer nitelik gösteren operasyonların verimliliğini arttırmak amacıyla, operasyonlar gerçekleştirirken çalışanların hareketleri analiz edilerek, ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) tekniklerinden biri olan iki el hareket analiz şeması uygulanıp üretimi geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle geliştirme yapılacak olan operasyonlar belirlenmiş ve ardından videoya kaydedilmiş, daha sonra ilgili videolar ağır çekimde izlenerek tüm hareketler için harcanan zamanlar belirlenmiştir. İki el hareket analizi yapılacak olan operasyonlarda öncelikle, metot etüdü gerçekleştirilecek olanlar arasından en hızlı çalışan ile en yavaş çalışan operatörler için istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığına bakılmıştır. Önceden hazırlanmış olan form üzerinde, iki el hareket analizine göre çalışma alanlarının ve yöntemlerinin yeniden düzenlenmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuş ve çalışma sonucunda, mevcut metot değişikliğinin üretime etkisi deterministik bir simülasyon modeliyle incelenmiştir.</p></abstract>
