                            <p>In this study, the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) nonwoven fabric was firstly coated with indium zinc oxide solution at low temperature by sol-gel process. The electrical resistivity values of the fabrics coated with indium zinc oxide (IZO) was measured by using four-point probe method before and after washing test. The surface morphology and structural properties of the fabric samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer, respectively. Moreover, the effect of coating layer numbers as three and six layers on electrical properties of the coated fabric samples was figured out. It was determined that the electrical resistivity values of the fabric samples coated by six layers were 89 .</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada polietilen tereftalat (PET) dokusuz yüzey kumaş literatürde ilk defa olarak indiyum çinko oksit sol çözeltisi ile düşük sıcaklıkta sol-jel yöntemiyle kaplanmıştır. İndiyum çinko oksit (IZO) ile kaplanan kumaşların elektriksel direnç değerleri dört nokta prob yöntemi kullanarak yıkamadan önce ve sonra ölçülmüştür. Kumaş örneklerinin yüzey morfolojisi ve yapısal özellikleri sırasıyla tarama elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve X-ışınları difraktometresi (XRD) kullanarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca 3 kat ve 6 kat olmak üzere kaplama kat sayısının artırılmasının kaplanan kumaşların elektriksel özellikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. 6 kat kaplanan kumaşların elektriksel direnç değerinin 89 k ğu bulunmuştur.</p></abstract>
