BİYOPARLATMA UYGULANMIŞ ÖRME KUMAŞLARA TEKRARLI (ÇOKLU) YIKAMALARIN ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, biyoparlatma işlemi uygulanmış örme kumaşların bazı özelliklerine tekrarlı (çoklu) yıkamaların etkisi araştırılmıştır. Kumaş numunelerine 10 ve 20 defa olmak üzere ev tipi çamaşır makinesinde çoklu yıkama işlemleri yapılmıştır. Deneysel çalışma sonuçlarına göre, en büyük boyutsal değişimler ilk 10 yıkamadan sonra elde edilmiş, artan yıkama devirleriyle patlama mukavemeti ve pilling değerlerinde azalma tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çoklu yıkamaların kumaş yüzeyinde deformasyonlara neden olduğu belirlenmiştir

Öz

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of repeated laundering on the knitted fabrics with biopolishing treatment. The fabric samples were subjected to laundering process in a domestic washing machine following 10 and 20 times. With respect to the experimental results, maximal dimensional variations were determined after ten laundering cycles. Increasing laundering cycles decreased the fabric bursting strength and pilling values, but increased some deformations on fabrics surface
