KONFEKSİYONDA İŞ ÖRNEKLEMESİ METODU VE YAKINLIK DERECESİ PROSEDÜRÜ İLE YERLEŞİM PLANLAMASI

Abstract

Günümüzde konfeksiyon işletmeleri, üretim verimliliklerini ve adetlerini kontrol etmek için çeşitli yöntemlere başvurmaktadırlar. Bu yöntemlerin başında iş etüdü çalışmaları yer almaktadır. İş etüdü yöntemlerinden en hızlı ve en doğru sonuç vereni iş örneklemesidir. Ancak iş örneklemesi çalışmasının doğru yapılması belirli istatistiksel prosedürlerin düzgün bir şekilde uygulanmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada iş örneklemesi yönteminin kolayca uygulanabilmesi için “Work Sampling” adında bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir. Yazılım yardımıyla bir konfeksiyon işletmesinin yerleşim planı üzerinde yapılan değişikliklerin verimliliğe etkisi incelenmiştir. “Yakınlık derecesi” prosedürü kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen yerleşim planı uygulaması sonucunda dikimhane departmana ait verimlilik değerlerinde pozitif yönde artış görülmüştür

A LAYOUT PLANNING BY USING CLOSENESS RATINGS PROCEDURE AND WORK SAMPLING METHOD IN APPAREL INDUSTRY

Abstract

Nowadays, apparel firms apply different methods in order to inspect their productivity and production number. At the head of these methods work study is taken place. One of the most fastest and accurate method of work study is work sampling. However accurate study of work sampling depends on doing specific statistical procedures accurately. In this study, a software which is called as “Work Sampling” is developed in order to apply work sampling method easily. With the assistant of this software, effects of reorganization of layout planning to productivity are investigated in an apparel firm. As a result of reorganization of layout application which is done by “Closeness Ratings” procedure, an increment which belongs to productivity values of sewing department is observed
