                            <p>Amaç: Çalışma, pandemi döneminde sağlık çalışanlarının empati ve kişilerarası duyarlılıkları ile mesleki yaşam kaliteleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamıştır.Yöntem: Bu çalışma, Kasım 2021-Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında bir devlet hastanesinde görevli 162 sağlık çalışanı ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışma verileri, Tanıtıcı Bilgiler Formu, Toronto Empati Ölçeği, Kişilerarası Duyarlılık Ölçeği ve Mesleki Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır.Bulgular: Sağlık çalışanlarının %79,0&#039;ı hemşire, %17,8&#039;i COVID-19 biriminde çalışan ve %64,8&#039;i günde 24 saat çalışan personelden oluşmaktadır. Toronto Empati Ölçeği ve Kişilerarası Duyarlılık Ölçeği toplam ölçek ortalama puanları ile Mesleki Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği&#039;nin alt boyutları (mesleki tatmin, tükenmişlik, eşduyum yorgunluğu) arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir (p</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Aim: The study was aimed to examine relationship between empathy and interpersonal sensitivity of healthcare professionals and their professional quality of life in the Pandemic Period. Method: This study was conducted 162 healthcare professionals at a state hospital between November 2021-April 2022. The study data were collected through Identifying Information Form, Toronto Empathy Questionnaire, Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure and Professional Quality of Life Scale. Results: 79.0% were nurses, 17.8% worked in the COVID-19 unit, and 64.8% worked 24 hours a day. A statistically significant relationship was determined between Toronto Empathy Questionnaire and Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure total scale mean scores and the subscales of Professional Quality of Life Scale (compassion satisfaction, burnout, compassion fatigue) (p</p></abstract>
